Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are only accepted for verified product quality issues.
  2. Non-quality-related reasons (e.g., personal preference, mistaken purchase, or change of mind) are not eligible for return or refund.
  3. You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@deeprobotics.us.
  4. Returned items must be in their original condition:
  5. Unused and unmodified (no disassembly or alterations).
  6. With all original accessories, labels, and packaging intact.
  7. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  3. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Products returned for non-quality reasons.
  2. Items that have been used, disassembled, modified, or missing packaging/accessories.
  3. Promotional items or free gifts.
  4. We do not sell perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials, so these categories do not apply.

Exchanges

  1. To exchange an item, you must first submit a return request for a quality issue.
  2. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  1. For orders shipped to the European Union:
  2. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable law.
  3. This applies only to quality-related issues, and the product must remain in its original, unused condition.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Please note: your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
