Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for verified product quality issues.
- Non-quality-related reasons (e.g., personal preference, mistaken purchase, or change of mind) are not eligible for return or refund.
- You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@deeprobotics.us.
- Returned items must be in their original condition:
- Unused and unmodified (no disassembly or alterations).
- With all original accessories, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

- We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned for non-quality reasons.
- Items that have been used, disassembled, modified, or missing packaging/accessories.
- Promotional items or free gifts.
- We do not sell perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials, so these categories do not apply.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, you must first submit a return request for a quality issue.
- Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- For orders shipped to the European Union:
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable law.
- This applies only to quality-related issues, and the product must remain in its original, unused condition.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
